How I can open new ticket

Follow this instructions  and learn how you can open new ticket.

  1. Go to Dashboard "CLICK HERE
  2. Select appropriate department  :
  3. Follow instructions in the next page, when you finish click on "Submit"

    Please Note:   The response time for tickets may take between 24 and 48 hours, with the exception of public holidays and holidays.
